Junior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and statements.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy in all financial entries.
• Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, MIS, and budgeting support for management.
• Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits.
• Ensure timely invoice processing, vendor payments, and collections.
• Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
• Support the finance team with other ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com / MBA preferred).
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Good knowledge of Tally / ERP software and MS Excel.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication and analytical skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
