Jr. UI/UX Designer

As a Jr. UI/UX Designer at Engineer Babu, you will be responsible for designing engaging and user-friendly interfaces across mobile and web platforms. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise in Figma and Adobe Photoshop to create intuitive designs and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional visual experiences. Here's a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - UI/UX Design: Create intuitive, attractive, and user-centered interfaces for mobile apps and websites. - Tool Proficiency: Manage design projects using Figma and Photoshop to ensure design consistency and quality. - Branding & Visual Identity: Develop logos, illustrations, and other brand collateral to support marketing and product needs. - Video Creation: Produce engaging videos or motion graphics for digital and product use. - Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, present concepts, and incorporate feedback. - Team Collaboration & Leadership: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders, mentor junior designers, and maintain high design standards. - Multitasking: Handle multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality. Qualifications required for this role include: - At least 4 years of professional UI/UX design experience. - Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects. - Strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web design projects, logo design, branding, and illustration. - Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and developer handoff tools. - Excellent communication skills and experience in client handling. - Previous experience in leading design teams or mentoring. Preferred qualifications: - Familiarity with modern design practices and trends. - Knowledge of design systems and accessibility best practices.
