Jr. QA Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze system specifications, develop effective test strategies and plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Execute manual test cases, analyze results to identify, log, and track bugs and errors. - Evaluate product code to ensure adherence to quality standards and provide feedback to developers for improvements. - Create and maintain clear, concise test documentation including test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Conduct various types of testing such as functional, integration, system, regression, and usability testing utilizing methodologies like black-box, grey-box, and white-box testing. - Utilize testing tools like Jira, TestRail, Selenium, Postman, and BrowserStack for test case management, defect tracking, and test execution. - Perform API testing, cross-browser testing, and cross-platform testing on web and mobile applications. - Monitor and report on test execution progress and defect status, providing regular updates to project stakeholders. - Stay updated with new testing tools, methodologies, and industry best practices. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 1-3 years of proven experience as a QA Engineer, with a strong focus on manual testing of web and mobile applications. - Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. - Hands-on experience with test case management tools and defect tracking systems like Jira and TestRail. - Solid experience in API testing, cross-browser testing, and cross-platform testing. - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes and working in an Agile environment. - Excellent attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. - Passion for quality and commitment to continuous improvement.,
