As an experienced candidate with 1 - 3 years of experience, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Possessing intermediate communication skills - Holding an educational qualification of B.E. in I.T. or C.S. / B.C.A. - M.C.A, B.Sc., M.Sc. IT - Demonstrating skills in Basic OOP, PHP, and Database - Handling Module migration - Proficiency in JavaScript and jQuery - Basic Knowledge of WordPress including Plugin customization, Theme customization, and WordPress Core customization - Familiarity with Laravel, MVC, Controller, Middleware, Services Provider, cronJob, and server Desired Skills: - Database migration - Complex Query Building - Strong technical skills, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities - Active participation in analysis for R & D - Ensuring proper source code documentation - Supporting and guiding junior resources - Capability to work both in teams and independently with minimal supervision In addition to the job requirements, the company values individuals who are eager to learn new technologies, flexible in nature, and adaptable to varying work timings.
