  • Employee Support Services (Onsite and Remote)
  • Device and lifecycle management
  • Purchasing and related processes
  • Cyber Security

Key responsibilities in this role:

  • Ticket handling and troubleshooting
  • Workstation and mobile device lifecycle management, license management etc.
  • Documentation (KB articles, change tickets)

What are we looking for

  • 2-3 years of hands-on IT support or Service Desk operations experience with a proactive approach to working with people and collaborating across cross-functional, multicultural teams. You work systematically, prioritize effectively, and are comfortable managing multiple IT tickets and tasks.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) as that is our organizational language
  • Proficiency with Jira and ticket management systems
  • Understanding of basic cybersecurity principles and processes
  • Familiarity with O365, Entra, and Intune
  • Windows OS experience
