Jr. Graphic Designer

The role of a graphic designer in this position involves reporting directly to the Managing Director and Senior Designers. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with some experience in graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is essential, along with basic HTML/HTML5 skills. The candidate should have experience in developing UI/UX solutions for web and mobile applications, demonstrating attentiveness to detail, flexibility, and a commitment to meeting deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, as well as familiarity with CMS and email marketing platforms. Knowledge of Sketch is considered an advantage. The candidate should possess expertise in visual design, including layout, color, and typography for web. They should be able to conceptualize holistically, from banners to emails to landing pages, ensuring consistency and eye-catching campaign concepts, as well as intuitive user interfaces. Basic HTML/CSS programming skills are necessary, with an understanding of prototyping and interaction design to create visual mockups that easily translate to HTML. Knowledge of best practices regarding web standards, usability, and accessibility is expected, along with the ability to follow a style guide and coding standards guide. The candidate should be flexible, well-organized, and have previous experience working on an agile software development team. Key responsibilities include creating visual designs for web pages, landing pages, banners, emails, marketing and sales collateral, etc. The candidate will collaborate with the development team to produce functional landing pages and campaigns, optimizing the user experience and conversion rate of webpages and landing pages using visual web optimizing tools. They will also create email blasts for all campaigns and websites, assist marketing in creating creative materials for social media sites, and design and produce web UI elements such as menus, buttons, icons, etc. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for successfully managing a program of work with multiple concurrent projects.,
