Role & responsibilities

Quality Inspection & Testing:
Conduct in-depth inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products using tools like vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
Process Monitoring: Track parameters like pressure, temperature, and cycle times in hot press and hydraulic machines to ensure consistent product quality.
Defect Analysis: Identify recurring issues in lamination or conveyor systems and assist in root cause analysis using tools like 5 Whys or Pareto charts.
Documentation: Maintain
inspection reports,

calibration records
, and
quality logs for audits
and traceability.
Collaboration: Work closely with production and maintenance teams to troubleshoot quality issues and implement corrective actions.

System-Specific Focus

Hot Press &
Hydraulic Press
: Monitor bonding strength, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy.
Overhead & Roller Conveyors: Check for alignment, wear and tear, and smooth material flow.
Short Cycle Lamination: Inspect for surface defects, edge bonding, and uniformity in finish.

Material Handling: Ensure safe and damage-free movement of components across stations.
