Coordination with site and study actual requirements, scope, technical parameters and quantities as per site requirement.
• Prepare and float BOQ to contractors and prepare comparative statement of received quotations.
• Conduct detailed rate analysis for different civil, finishing and MEP items. Negotiating with vendors and contractors to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Prepare work order drafts as per finalised terms and upload to ERP system.
• Arrange and coordinate kick off meetings with site and contractor for finalised work orders.
• Verify the changes in quantity from contractors bill with respect to given work order and amendment of the work orders and system quantities.
• Identify the non-tendered items and prepare analysis of such extra items.
• Implement cost optimization strategies, reducing expenses without affecting project quality.
• Oversee project coordination between contractors, vendors, clients, and management.
