About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. Digital Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in managing digital campaigns, content, SEO/SEM, and social media. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, creativity, and a passion for driving measurable results across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities1. Digital Campaign Management

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Monitor daily budgets, performance indicators, and KPIs.
  • Prepare campaign performance reports and suggest improvement strategies.

2. Social Media Marketing

  • Manage company social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging content to boost visibility and reach.
  • Track social media insights and analyze competitor activities.

3. SEO & Website Optimization

  • Perform on-page and off-page SEO activities.
  • Support content optimization for improved rankings and traffic.
  • Analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, and similar tools.

4. Content Creation & Management

  • Assist in writing blogs, ad copies, email content, and social media posts.
  • Coordinate with the design team for creatives, ad banners, and landing pages.

5. Email & CRM Marketing

  • Execute email marketing campaigns through tools like Mailchimp, SendinBlue, or HubSpot.
  • Manage subscriber lists and automation workflows.

6. Market Research & Analysis

  • Research industry trends, competitor positioning, and relevant keywords.
  • Identify growth opportunities across channels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Google Ads & Meta Ads
  • SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, Ubersuggest)
  • Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console
  • Social Media Management Tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
  • Good writing and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with basic knowledge of campaign metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or basic design editing.
  • Experience with WordPress or CMS platforms.
  • Basic understanding of HTML & landing page optimization.
