As a Jr. Architect - Interior Designer, your role involves creating innovative and functional interior designs for residential buildings. You will be responsible for developing 3D models and renderings using software like SketchUp, as well as creating detailed CAD drawings for interior design projects. Utilizing V-Ray to produce photorealistic renderings of design concepts is also part of your key responsibilities. Additionally, you will prepare and maintain design documentation, including drawings and specifications. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field - 1-2 years of experience in residential building designing work - Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with day shift schedule at an in-person work location.,
