Jr. Architect

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Architect with a passion for sustainable architecture. The ideal candidate will be a B. Arch graduate with 1 year experience. The role offers an excellent opportunity for growth and development within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design and development of architectural projects.

-Support senior architects in preparing design proposals, drawings, and presentations.

-Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet sustainability criteria and client requirements.

-Participate in site visits and assist with project inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications.

-Contribute to the creation of detailed construction drawings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 1 year of professional experience in architecture.
• Strong understanding of sustainable building practices and green building certifications.
• Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
• Skill in physical model making.
• Basic knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• A portfolio demonstrating design skills and previous work experience is required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
