Join Lakhani Builders Pvt. Ltd., a leading real estate developer in Navi Mumbai! We are looking for a talented Jr. Architect to be a part of our Vashi Corporate Office.

Position: Jr. Architect
Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 1-3 years in architecture, real estate, or construction

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing architectural designs, layouts & working drawings.
• Support in creating 3D visualizations & presentation drawings.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors & project teams.
• Ensure compliance with building codes & regulations.
• Assist in space planning, material selection & design optimization.
• Work closely with site engineers for execution & quality control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• 3-4 years of experience in architectural design or construction.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Photoshop & Revit.
• Strong design & technical skills with attention to detail.
• Having Knowledge of municipal approvals, UDCPR & DCR.
• Ability to work on multiple projects & meet deadlines.
