Jr Academy Program Trainer

You have over 2 years of training experience in Java Technology. You must have a technology background to be successful in this role. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing and delivering training programs for both new hires and existing employees. - Facilitating external training when internal trainers are unavailable. - Developing training plans and content in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and maintaining comprehensive training records. You should feel comfortable handling technical training sessions in Java, Python, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Front end technologies like React, Type Script, Git, Maven, Agile Methodology, and Microservices. Additionally, knowledge of other programming languages and technology areas would be considered an added advantage. It is essential that you have a passion for learning new technologies to excel in this role.,
