Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Pega development projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
Design and implement solutions using
Enterprise Class Structure
,
Application Layer Cake
, and
Rule Resolution
.
Develop and optimize
Case Management
,
Flows
,
Data Pages
, and perform
Log Analysis
.
Implement and manage
Background Processing
using
Job Schedulers
and
Queue Processors
.
Write and optimize
SQL scripts
for data operations.
Understand and manage
Server Architecture
,
Database Design
, and
Node Classification
.
Collaborate with DevOps teams and contribute to
CI/CD pipelines
.
Work in
Agile environments
, participating in sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Mentor junior developers and interact with clients to gather requirements and provide technical guidance.

Required Skills:

PEGA CSSA Certification
is mandatory.
4-6 years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
Strong understanding of Pega architecture and design principles.
Experience with background processing and performance tuning.
Proficiency in SQL and database concepts.
Exposure to Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Excellent communication and team management skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with CI/CD tools and automation.
Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerization.
