We are seeking a dynamic and visionary AVP/VP at Evoflex, who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the operational excellence strategy across production, quality, and service delivery leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance cost efficiency, sustainability, and customer satisfaction & ensuring seamless after-sales service and support, thereby extending Evoflex’s value proposition across the productlifecycle.

Strategic Responsibilities:
Manufacturing & Production
- Drive Industry 4.0/5.0 adoption - smart automation, robotics, AI-driven scheduling.
- Balance cost efficiency with scalability to meet global demand.
- Position Evoflex as a hub for modular, flexible, and high-reliable EMS solutions. 2.
Quality Control
- Establish Evoflex as a benchmark for first-time-right quality and global certifications (ISO, IPC, RoHS, CE).
- Integrate predictive analytics to anticipate defects before they occur.
- Build quality as a differentiator in brand positioning.
3. Supply Chain Management
- Develop a resilient, risk-proof supply chain for facilitating just in time delivery and preference pricing.
- Build strong partnerships with tier-1 suppliers globally and localize sourcing where possible.
- Drive BOM cost reduction, alternate sourcing strategies, and long-term agreements with suppliers to improve margins and reduce supply risks.
Procurement
- Secure long-term contracts with semiconductor and raw material suppliers.
- Align procurement with innovation roadmap (new tech components).
- Build cost competitiveness through vendor negotiations and consortium buying.
Production Engineering
- Invest in advanced manufacturing engineering (automation cells, digital twins).
- Align product design with manufacturability and scalability.
- Enable faster NPI (New Product Introduction) cycles for clients.
Functional Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations ensuring on-time delivery.
- Optimize production layouts, equipment utilization, and workforce productivity.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies for continuous improvement.
- Set up robust inspection, testing, and failure analysis systems.
- Track yield, rework rates, and customer returns as KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with international quality and safety standards.
- Manage vendor relationships, procurement lead times, and inventory turns.
- Implement advanced SCM tools (ERP, IoT-based tracking).
- Align logistics with customer delivery timelines and cost optimization.
- Manage supplier qualification, audits, and performance metrics
- Ensure just-in-time (JIT) availability without overstocking.
- Monitor commodity pricing trends and hedge against risks.
- Support R&D with DFM (Design for Manufacturing) and DFA (Design for Assembly).
- Optimize tooling, fixtures, and process parameters.
- Ensure line balancing and cycle time reduction for efficiency
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field (Masters preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive experience in electronics manufacturing / EMS industry, with strong exposure to production, service, and operations management.
- Strong knowledge of Electronic manufacturing, supply chain, quality systems, lean manufacturing, and product engineering.
- Exposure to customer service operations or MRO functions will be an added advantage.

Prior experience in scaling up EMS operations in an international or export-driven environment.

Hands-on exposure to automation, robotics, digital twin technology, and AI-driven manufacturing tools.
Familiarity with after-sales service, warranty management, and MRO practices
