About the Role:

Altimetrik is looking for an experienced JIRA Administrator to manage, configure, and optimize Atlassian JIRA environments for enterprise-level projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in JIRA administration, workflow customization, Groovy scripting, and CI/CD integration. You will ensure seamless project tracking, efficient workflows, and reliable system performance across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and administer JIRA projects, workflows, permissions, and schemes for multiple teams.

Customize workflows, dashboards, and reports to meet organizational needs.

Develop and maintain Groovy scripts for automation and advanced JIRA functionalities.

Integrate JIRA with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and other enterprise systems.

Install, configure, and maintain JIRA plugins and add-ons.

Troubleshoot issues, ensure system reliability, and implement best practices for performance and security.

Collaborate with Agile teams to streamline processes and optimize project tracking.

Key Skills & Technologies:

Scripting: Groovy for automation

Agile Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban
