Job Title: Computer Operator

Experience Required: Minimum 1 to 3yrs Four Wheeler showroom

Location :- Nagpur

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks accurately and timely.
• Prepare and maintain electronic records, spreadsheets, and documents.
• Handle office software applications such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email systems.
• Assist in creating reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Operate and maintain office equipment like printers, scanners, and fax machines.
• Upload and update information in company databases or CRM systems.
• Assist in generating invoices, bills, and other administrative paperwork.
• Support other staff with basic computer and IT-related issues.
• Ensure proper backup of important data and files.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic IT tools.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).
• Attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to multitask and work under supervision.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience as a computer operator, data entry operator, or office assistant (experience in showroom/automobile industry preferred).
• Knowledge of basic computer networking and software troubleshooting is a plus.
