We are looking for a Staff Engineer with experience across technologies like JavaScript (Browser & Node). As a JavaScript engineer, you will utilize your expertise to build and maintain SDKs and libraries, enhance the onboarding process, SDKs, QuickStart, Docs, and offer direct assistance to developers in our support channels. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless developer experience for the technologies you work with, both internally within the company and externally in the community. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop new SDKs, libraries, APIs, and experiences to simplify complex identity APIs and flows for integration into customer apps - Provide technical direction and guidance to engineers on your team and contribute to shaping a highly technical roadmap - Coach and mentor engineers of all levels up to their peer level - Identify and promote new technologies for enhancing our libraries, including insights and automation - Drive cross-team initiatives from end to end, including code reviews, design reviews, operational robustness, security hygiene, etc. Qualifications: - 8+ years of experience in JavaScript - 3+ years of expertise in React - Ability to lead a team of engineers across various technology platforms - Proficiency in developing libraries or SDKs for developer consumption - Strong understanding of JavaScript and its ecosystem - Positive attitude towards ownership, accountability, attention to detail, and customer focus - Good working knowledge of other JavaScript frameworks like Angular or Next.js - Effective communication skills in both verbal and written forms, including presenting and documenting - Demonstrable experience in creating developer documentation such as tutorials, blog posts, and docs Additional Experience: - Knowledge or experience in building web or React components - Experience in distributed teams and work environments - Contribution to open-source projects or creation of open-source materials - Technical blog or published articles on popular JavaScript sites If you meet the above qualifications and are passionate about driving digital transformations through innovative engineering solutions, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity with dotSolved.,
