Skills and Qualifications:

10 to 15 years of experience with Java, J2EE technologies, and Workfusion automation platform. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related STEM field, or equivalent professional experience. Mastery of Java, Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD), and design patterns. Extensive experience with Spring Framework modules: Spring Core, Spring AOP, Spring Web MVC, Spring Reactive, Spring AI, Spring Batch. Deep understanding of software design principles: SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI. Proven expertise in Microservice Architecture and related patterns such as Saga, circuit Breaker, CQRS, and Strangler Fig. Familiarity with integration patterns including Kafka.Ability to create reusable components or services suited for enterprise applications. Strong proficiency in Unit Testing frameworks: JUnit, JMock, Mockito. Extensive experience with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, and API testing with REST Assured. Knowledge of TDD and BDD methodologies. Hands-on experience with RDBMS and NoSQL databases, particularly MongoDB. Well-versed in Cloud platforms, especially Azure, including features like AKS, Azure Key Vault, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Functions. Deep understanding of Secure Coding practices adhering to OWASP guidelines. Experience in automating business processes using Workfusion RPA platform. Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
