Position Overview

Java Developer

Key Responsibilities

Software Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Java-based applications.
  
• Build and optimize backend components using Java, Spring/Spring Boot, and related frameworks.
  
• Implement RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations.
  

Code Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following coding standards.
  
• Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
  
• Implement unit tests using JUnit/TestNG and mocking frameworks.
  

Architecture & Design

• Participate in system architecture discussions and design reviews.
  
• Work with database schemas, queries, and ORM frameworks (Hibernate/JPA).
  
• Contribute to performance optimization, scalability improvements, and refactoring initiatives.
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with product managers, QA engineers, DevOps, and UI teams.
  
• Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
  
• Support deployment and post-production activities.
  

Documentation

• Prepare technical documentation, API specifications, and user guides.
  
• Maintain version control using Git and follow CI/CD practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• Strong proficiency in

  Core Java

  , OOP concepts, and multithreading.
• Hands-on experience with

  Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA

• Experience with

  REST APIs, Microservices

  , and modern backend architecture.
• Strong knowledge of
