Java Technical Lead

You are currently looking for a Lead Engineer who will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and debugging moderately complex software solutions. You will also be working on enhancements to existing software in a maintenance capacity and must have a good understanding of business applications. Additionally, you will collaborate with technical staff to identify and resolve software problems, address customer complaints, and implement suggestions for software improvements. Your role will also involve assisting in the development of software technical documentation, demonstrating software to stakeholders, and designing and building prototype applications as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, test, and debug moderately complex software solutions - Enhance existing software in a maintenance capacity - Collaborate with technical staff to resolve software problems - Address customer complaints and implement suggestions for improvements - Assist in developing software technical documentation - Demonstrate software to stakeholders - Design and build prototype applications as required Qualification Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent You must possess the following qualifications and skills: Must have: - Expert level programming knowledge using core Java libraries - Strong problem-solving skills - Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and design - Proficiency in Java Spring frameworks - Familiarity with relational databases, SQL, and ORM. Ability to write moderate to complex SQL queries - Experience in reading/writing XML/JSON/CSV documents - Ability to write web-services (REST Full)/APIs - Proficiency in development tools like Eclipse/IntelliJ - Familiarity with Web/Application Servers & hosting (Apache/Tomcat/JBoss/Weblogic/Websphere, etc.) - Experience with Linux environments and basic commands Good to have: - Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular, React, Node - Experience with DevOps work using Azure or AWS - Familiarity with hosting using Docker/Containers - Knowledge of storage and events using MongoDB, MySQL, ElasticSearch, Redis/NoSQL - Experience with continuous development and deployment using tools like GitHub, Jenkins, etc.,
