🚀 We’re Hiring: Java Tech Lead (Noida) 🚀

Looking for an experienced Java Tech Lead to join our dynamic team and lead the design and development of cutting-edge software solutions! 💻✨

🌟 What You’ll Do:

🏗️ Lead the design and development of complex software solutions using Java/J2EE and Jasper Framework

🤝 Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions

🔄 Oversee the entire development lifecycle—planning, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance

👥 Mentor and guide junior developers to improve code quality, architecture, and performance

✅ Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry best practices

⚡ Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner

🌐 Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend tools/processes for continuous improvement

⏱️ Take ownership of delivery timelines and ensure high-quality outcomes

🔑 What We’re Looking For:

📅 7–9 years experience in Java/J2EE development

💡 Hands-on experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Jasper, and microservices architecture

🌐 Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, web services, and integration patterns

🗄️ Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.)

⚙️ Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, Docker/Kubernetes is a plus

🗣️ Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills
