Job Title: Java Technical Lead / Developer (Full stack)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Java developers through the full software development lifecycle.
• Architect, design, and develop scalable and secure Java-based applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product Management.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high code quality.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Drive adoption of best practices in design, development, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in development and production.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and propose their adoption where relevant.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10-12 years of hands-on experience in Java development with react.js.
• Strong expertise in

  Java 11+ / Java 17

  Spring Boot

  Microservices architecture

• Experience with

  RESTful APIs

  JPA/Hibernate
