Role & responsibilities

Responsibilities

Monitor and support applications for 100 SLA meets On call support

Production TicketsIssue Triage and research on issues

Need to work on Root Cause Analysis RCA and documentation

Partner with Stakeholders Development Middleware teams to resolve the issue

Prepare andor review Impact Analysis based on issue analysis

Write scripts to automate mundane daily BAU tasks

Provide technical direction and system architecture for individual initiatives

Adhere to Service Level AgreementsObjectives SLASLO

Experience Range 48 years

Mandatory skills

At least 3 years of Application development experience

4 to 8 yrs of experience in JavaJ2EE application production support Development

Experience in application frameworks like Spring Hibernate Dockers and Containers

Good experience in tools like Splunk Dynatrace Glass box monitoring tools and ITSM tools

Good experience in Batch jobs handling writing SQL queries and Linux basics

Understanding in Serverside Java design and development SOAPRestful services Design Patterns J2EE XMLXSLT XML JDBC AOP micro services Kafka and JSON

Basic understanding in Datacenter and traffic routing concepts

Desired skills

Effective Communication Clear Concise Ability to articulate ProblemSolution

Should be able to lead or conduct conference calls with tech and business users

Experience in WebSphere application Servers
