Role Overview

Java Full Stack Lead Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using

  Java 8–17 SE

  ,

  Spring Boot

  , and

  Microservices architecture

  .
• Build and enhance

  RESTful APIs

  , ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Implement

  unit testing

  with JUnit/Mockito and

  frontend testing

  with Jest/Jasmine.
• Develop rich user interfaces using

  Angular 16+

  ,

  RxJS

  , and

  NgRx

  (mandatory).
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and tune

  Java services and APIs

  for performance.
• Work with build and dependency management tools such as

  Maven/Gradle

  .
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to support deployment through

  CI/CD pipelines

  .
• Work with event-driven architectures; experience in

  Apache Kafka

  is a plus.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables through adherence to standard IT processes, data normalization, and referential integrity.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications

• BE / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA

  or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced knowledge in

  Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs

  .
• Hands-on experience with

  Angular (13+; 16+ preferred)

  , RxJS, and NgRx.
• Experience with

  JUnit, Mockito, Jest, Jasmine

  testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with

  CI/CD tools

  and DevOps practices.
• Exposure to

  Apache Kafka

  will be an added advantage.
