Job Title: Java Developer


YOE: 4+ yrs only (full-time)


Location: Bengaluru, on-site


Notice Period: IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY


Employment Type: Full-time with Recro (you’ll be working on one of our projects)



Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, scale, and maintain applications

  • Contribute to

    product architecture

    and roadmap
  • Ensure

    high-quality, efficient, and maintainable code

  • Mentor

    junior engineers and lead by example


Requirements:

  • 4+ years of software development experience in

    Java

  • Strong in

    Core Java, J2EE, Spring, and Hibernate

  • Solid understanding of data structures and algorithms

  • Experience with

    MySQL (mandatory)

    ;

    Redis/MongoDB

    (added advantage)

  • Excellent

    problem-solving

    and analytical skills
  • B.Tech from IIT or B.E. in Computer Science from a top NIT/REC
  • Self-motivated with a passion for building scalable systems
