Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and APIs. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture, along with solid understanding of databases and RESTful APIs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.

Build RESTful APIs and integrate with frontend systems and third-party services.

Implement Microservices architecture with best practices for scalability and performance.

Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability and availability.

Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

Write clean, testable, and efficient code following coding standards.

Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams for end-to-end product delivery.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

Strong proficiency in Core Java 8+

Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA)

Good understanding of Microservices architecture

Hands-on with RESTful API development

Experience with Hibernate / JPA

Familiarity with Docker / Kubernetes (optional but preferred)

Knowledge of version control (Git) and CI/CD pipelines

Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) is a plus
