Key Responsibilities

• Quickly grasp HR business processes and contribute effectively to technical solutions.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance Legacy applications and Batch processes
• Ensure code quality, unit testing, and proper documentation.
• Apply Agentic AI (GitHub Copilot) to streamline development tasks and improve code quality
• Having knowledge on HR Enterprise applications like Workday is added advantage.

Technical Skills

1. Mandatory Skills:

• Java, Struts, Spring REST, Spring Boot, Spring JDBC, AOP
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming
• Hibernate, Oracle
• Web Services (REST/SOAP)
• Maven (build and dependency management)

1. Good to have Skills:

• ReactJS, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, ECMAScript (ES6)
• UNIX Shell Script
• Familiarity with ETL tools like Kettle
• GitHub Copilot and other AI-based development tools
• SVN and Azure DevOps for CI/CD, repository management
