This is a full-time role for a Java Software Engineer with 5-6 years of experience. The primary responsibilities include developing and maintaining software applications, implementing microservices, and programming using Java and the Spring Framework. The role is on-site and is located in Bengaluru South.
Design and implement RESTful APIs using Spring Boot
Collaborate with front-end developers, testers, and product managers
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices
Troubleshoot and debug applications
Integrate third-party APIs and services
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team improvements
Document development processes, APIs, and technical decisions
5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Java development
Strong knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, and JSP
Experience with REST API development and integration
Familiarity with databases such as MySQL
Experience with version control tools like Git
Understanding of Agile methodologies
Good problem-solving and communication skills
