Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Spring Boot Microservices Spring Core REST Web Services Core Java and PL/SQL. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and delivering high-quality solutions. Responsibilities Lead the design and development of complex applications using Spring Boot Microservices and Spring Core. Oversee the implementation of REST Web Services to ensure seamless integration and communication between systems. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment. Ensure the code quality and performance of applications by conducting thorough code reviews and implementing best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Drive the adoption of new technologies and frameworks to improve the efficiency and scalability of applications. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations. Develop and maintain PL/SQL scripts to support database operations and optimize performance. Monitor and optimize application performance to ensure high availability and responsiveness. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed applications and systems. Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning daily stand-ups and retrospectives. Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices to protect sensitive data and systems. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Qualifications Possess strong experience in Spring Boot Microservices and Spring Core. Demonstrate expertise in REST Web Services and Core Java. Have a solid understanding of PL/SQL and database management. Show proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills. Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. Be familiar with Agile development methodologies. Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
