10+ years in Java/J2EE developmentJob Summary:We are in search of a proficient Java Lead with a minimum of 10 years experience in designing and developing Java applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java technologies, including Java EE, Spring Framework, and Hibernate, along with strong leadership skills to manage and mentor high-performing software engineering teams.

Primary (Mandatory) Skills:

• Java/J2EE Technologies: Expertise in Java, including Java EE and core Java development.Spring Framework: Proficiency in developing web applications using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring DI, and Spring AOP.RESTful Web Services: Hands-on experience in designing and developing RESTful APIs.Database Technologies: Solid experience with databases such as Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.Microservices Architecture: Proven ability to develop microservices-based applications.
• Cloud Platforms & Containerization: Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies.CI/CD Tools: Familiarity with Continuous Integration tools like Jenkins and GitLab.Agile Methodologies: Strong adherence to agile practices, emphasizing quality and standards-based development.

Secondary (Desirable) Skills:Real-time Messaging:

• Experience with real-time messaging integration using Kafka or similar frameworks.Additional Technologies: Exposure to other programming languages (e.g., Python, Node.js) is a plus.Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing and leading mid to large software engineering teams.
• Solution Architecture: Ability to architect and design scalable, robust software systems.What Youll Do:Lead the design, development, and deployment of RESTful web services and microservices.Architect, design, and implement complex software systems.Oversee and mentor software engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.Collaborate with development managers, architects, and cross-functional teams to drive technical solutions aligned with business objectives.
