Java Lead Developer

The Applications Development Manager role is an intermediate management position where you will be responsible for leading a team of employees to establish and implement new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of Applications Development professionals to achieve goals, conducting personnel duties, providing technical oversight, communicating departmental interdependence, resolving issues, analyzing complex problems, and contributing to planning and budget management. You will also need to assess risks and ensure compliance with laws and regulations while maintaining ethical standards. To qualify for this position, you should have 5-8 years of experience in Java, Microservices, Spring boot, project management experience, ability to make technical decisions, knowledge of software engineering, leadership skills, and clear communication skills.
