Job Description

Full Stack Technical Lead (Java + React)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end application architecture, design, and development
  • Build robust backend services using

    Java & Spring Boot

  • Develop responsive UI using

    React, Redux, and Hooks

  • Design and implement

    Microservices-based architectures

  • Work on

    AWS cloud services

    for deployment, automation, and scalability
  • Ensure coding standards, code reviews, and best practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for delivery and problem-solving
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development
  • Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React, Redux, Hooks
  • Solid understanding of Microservices architecture
  • Good experience with AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of Git, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
