Java Full stack lead

Critical Skills to Possess:

       6+ years of professional software development experience.

       Proficiency in frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, React.js

       Strong experience with backend technologies: Java, Node.js, Spring Boot

       Solid knowledge of databases: SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Redis).

       Experience with API development and integration (REST/GraphQL).

       Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

       Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

       Knowledge of security best practices in web applications.

       Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

       Strong communication and leadership abilities.

       Good to Have knowledge of event-driven architecture and message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent work experience)

Roles and Responsibilities:

       Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable web applications across the full technology stack.

       Lead architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making.

       Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.

       Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.

       Stay updated with the latest trends in full-stack development and recommend improvements.
