Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate (or JPA).
  
• Build modern, interactive, responsive web UI using Angular (latest version preferred).
  
• Integrate front-end with RESTful APIs and web services.
  
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code (unit tests, integration tests).
  
• Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and architecture discussions.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and production issues.
  
• Work in Agile/Scrum environment — sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, etc.
  
• Optimize performance and ensure security best practices across the stack.
  
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and suggest improvements.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field (or equivalent experience).
  
• Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8 / 11 / newer) and related frameworks (Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate / JPA).
  
• Solid experience in building RESTful APIs and backend services.
  
• Proficient with

  Angular

  (2+ / 4+ / 8+ / latest) — components, services, modules, routing, RxJS, forms, etc.
• Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript / TypeScript.
  
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle) and writing optimized SQL queries.
  
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, build tools (Maven / Gradle).
  
• Good understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and best practices.
  
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito) and frontend testing (Jasmine / Karma / Protractor).
  
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker), and orchestrators (Kubernetes) is a plus.
  
• Strong problem solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
  

Preferred / Plus Skills

• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP).
  
• Experience in GraphQL, WebSockets.
  
• Experience with caching, message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka).
  
• Exposure to DevOps practices (CI/CD, Infra as Code).
  
• Prior experience in full-stack roles or front-end specialization in Angular.
