Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with event-driven systems, message queues (Kafka, Pub/Sub).

Knowledge of authentication standards (OAuth2, SSO, JWT, SAML).

Software Developer

Core Python

Integrate Python scripts with RPA workflows where applicable.

Collaborate with the US-based business and technical teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.

Participate in solution design, workflow optimization, and technical troubleshooting.

Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices in automation.

Document processes, maintain version control, and perform peer code reviews.

Contribute to continuous improvement and identify opportunities for automation across business processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong hands-on expertise in:

Blue Prism (minimum 4 years preferred)

Core Python (minimum 2.5 years preferred)

Solid understanding of RPA concepts, automations lifecycle, and object-oriented development.

Experience in API integrations, exception handling, and reusable component design.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

US-based teams

Preferred Skills

Power Automate

finance or financial operations projects

Knowledge of process mining, OCR tools, or other automation platforms is beneficial.

Familiarity with CI/CD practices, version control (Git), and agile methodologies.
