Java Full Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Fullstack Developer with expertise in React to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both backend Java development and frontend React development, capable of delivering end-to-end web solutions. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build scalable, efficient, and user-friendly applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance web applications using Java (Spring Boot or similar frameworks) on the backend and React.js on the frontend.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate frontend components with backend services.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting issues.
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
• Ensure security and data protection compliance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to improve existing systems.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous team improvement.

Technical Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Java (Java 8+), with deep knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Spring Data).
• Hands-on experience with React.js and its core principles, including hooks, state management, component lifecycle, and JSX.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design.
• Experience with RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with build tools such as Maven, Gradle, Webpack.
• Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Understanding of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
