Role Overview:

Senior Java Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:


Backend Development & Integration



  • Hands-on development of

    enterprise J2EE-based web applications

    .

  • Design and implement

    scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices

    using

    Spring Boot

    .

  • Work on

    backend system integration

    to ensure seamless communication between applications.

  • Develop and optimize

    server-side business logic, APIs, and database queries

    .

  • Ensure

    security, scalability, and reliability

    of backend applications.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience

Technical Leadership & Communication
Provide

technical guidance and mentorship

to junior developers. Ensure adherence to

best coding practices, design patterns, and architectural principles

. Present and communicate

technical solutions

effectively to stakeholders.

Collaboration & Agile Development
Work closely with

frontend developers

to ensure seamless integration with

React.js-based UI

. Collaborate with

clients, architects, and cross-functional teams

to define backend system requirements. Participate in

Agile development

processes, including sprint planning, code reviews, and daily stand-ups. Lead and manage

onshore and offshore development teams

.

Cloud & DevOps
Deploy and manage applications in

Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF)

or similar cloud environments. Implement

CI/CD pipelines

to automate build, test, and deployment processes. Monitor and optimize performance of cloud-native applications.
