Java Engineer

Location: Hyderabad

Experience Required: 5+ years

Job Overview:

(preferably Java 17 or 21

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using

  Core Java (17/21)

  and

  Spring Boot.

• Develop and deploy scalable microservices in a cloud-native architecture.
• Integrate search capabilities using

  Elasticsearch, SOLR, OpenSearch, or Vespa

  .
• Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud teams to deploy solutions on AWS.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and architecture decisions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability through best practices and testing.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, testing, and production environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong programming experience with Core Java (preferably 17 or 21).
• Proficient in

  Spring Boot and microservices architecture.

• Experience working on cloud platforms AWS preferred (EC2, Lambda, S3, etc.)
• Hands-on with any search platform:

  Elasticsearch, SOLR, OpenSearch, or Vespa.

• Good understanding of RESTful API design and integration.
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control (Git).
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance tuning skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
