Develop and maintain
cloud-native microservices
using
Java (Spring Boot)
, optimized for deployment on
Red Hat OpenShift
.
Execute
migration projects
from older Java versions to
Java 21
and upgrade Spring Boot applications to the latest stable versions, ensuring backward compatibility and performance optimization.
Design and implement
CI/CD pipelines
using
Jenkins
and
GitLab CI
, integrating automated build, test, and deployment processes.
Containerize applications using
Docker
and manage deployments on
OpenShift
using Kubernetes manifests.
Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to implement
GitOps workflows
, streamline deployment strategies, and ensure consistent environment configurations.
Develop and expose
RESTful APIs
, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to best practices in API design and documentation.
Integrate
security and compliance checks
into CI/CD pipelines, including static code analysis (SAST), dynamic testing (DAST), and dependency vulnerability scanning.
Participate in
code reviews
,
unit testing
, and
integration testing
to maintain high code quality and reliability.
Work closely with architects, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Stay current with emerging trends in cloud-native development, OpenShift platform capabilities, and Java ecosystem advancements.
