Java Developer with Telecom Expertise

We are currently seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our team in Chennai and Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Java, J2EE, Networking/Telecom, with 7 to 10 years of experience. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end module ownership, defect management, customer ticket triaging, and contributing to serviceability improvements. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise, and ensuring high-quality support for our customers will be key aspects of your responsibilities. Qualification Required: - BE/B. Tech/M. Tech/MCA educational background Roles And Responsibilities: - 8+ years of experience in Java, J2EE, Networking, GoLang(Optional), DB development, and support. - Take complete ownership of the module, including sustenance, feature tracking, vulnerability, and customer ticket triaging. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and take secondary ownership of other modules. - Manage customer and internally found defects, interact with TAC team, analyze customer tickets, suggest configuration changes, and provide fixes. - Participate in code reviews, analyze and fix Coverity, vulnerability assessments, and VTN fixes. - Propose serviceability improvements and value additions to the product/component. - Work closely with client-side functional owners and QA team, providing regular updates on defects.
