Role: Senior Java Engineer

Job Overview:

Required Experience & Qualifications

2+ years
of hands-on development and production experience with
modern APIs
and
event-driven microservices
using Spring Boot, Spring, Hibernate, Kafka, and related technologies.
2+ years
of experience building
Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
based services.
2+ years
of software development experience using
Java
in a modern
DevOps
environment.
2+ years
of applying software engineering principles in a
Scrum/Agile
methodology.
Experience in
system design
,
product documentation
, and
application maintenance
.
5+ years
of technical leadership experience, guiding and supporting development teams.
(Optional but highly regarded)
2+ years
of testing experience using
Selenium / WebDriver
.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software applications.
Prepare and maintain detailed
system and program documentation

Support analysis and development of application programs and databases.
Modify, debug, and troubleshoot existing applications.
Provide
technical leadership
, coaching, and mentoring to junior engineers.
Manage and support fail-and-fix activities for assigned applications.
Perform complex testing tasks to ensure quality and performance of software solutions.
Ensure correct standards for
backups

patching
are maintained.
