Job Description

As a Software Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience, you will be responsible for the following: - Developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions using AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, Angular JS, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensuring the performance quality and responsiveness of applications. - Identifying and correcting bottlenecks and fixing bugs. - Helping maintain code quality, organization, and automation. - Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to peers. - Working closely with product management to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth deployment processes. - Monitoring application performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise. - Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure solutions remain cutting-edge. - Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers. - Contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices. - Ensuring compliance with security and data protection standards. Qualifications: - Strong understanding of AWS, SQL, Spring Boot, Angular JS, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL. - Experience in developing and maintaining scalable web applications. - Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code. - Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain (nice to have). - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Understanding of the importance of code quality and testing. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. - Proactive attitude and a strong sense of ownership. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. - Passion for technology and innovation.,
