Java Backend Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of backend developers.
Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend services using
Java
and related frameworks.
Collaborate with product managers, architects, and frontend teams to define technical requirements.
Optimize application performance and ensure high availability.
Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
Integrate APIs and third-party services as needed.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in production environments.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
