Responsibilities

As a Senior Developer, youll be responsible for:

• Designing, developing, and deploying robust backend solutions using Java technologies.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and cutting-edge software solutions.
• Enhancing application performance and optimizing code for maximum efficiency.
• Troubleshooting and debugging production issues, ensuring system stability.
• Participating in architectural discussions and contributing to technical decisions.
• Mentoring junior developers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical excellence.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have:

• 5-9 years of experience in backend development with strong proficiency in Java.
• Solid understanding of frameworks like Spring and Hibernate.
• Hands-on expertise in RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) is a plus.
• Proven problem-solving skills along with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
