Job Description

Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using
Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, and Microservices
.
Build and optimize
RESTful APIs
for high performance and low latency.
Work with
MongoDB
(NoSQL) and
MySQL
(RDBMS) for data modeling, schema design, and query optimization.
Deploy, monitor, and optimize applications on
AWS Cloud
(EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, etc.).
Ensure code quality via
unit testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
.
Collaborate with frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3 support when needed.
Ensure application security, scalability, and high availability.

Required Skills:

Strong hands-on experience with
Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, REST APIs
.
Proficiency with
MongoDB (NoSQL)
and
MySQL (RDBMS)
.
Good knowledge of
AWS Cloud services
(EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway).
Experience in
microservices architecture
and distributed systems.
Familiarity with
CI/CD pipelines
(Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
