Detailed Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Java/J2EE developers in designing, developing, and deploying RESTful web services using the Spring Boot framework.
• Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications, adhering to best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA engineers, DevOps, and product managers to gather requirements, provide technical leadership, and drive key architectural decisions.
• Conduct regular code reviews, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.
• Guide and support junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and technical excellence.
• Drive adoption of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud-native architectures.
• Proactively participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Skill Requirements

• Strong expertise in Java/J2EE technologies, with hands-on experience in designing and developing RESTful web services using Spring Boot.
• Proficient in microservices architecture, cloud computing (AWS preferred), and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• In-depth understanding of software engineering best practices, including secure coding, performance optimization, and scalable design patterns.
• Familiarity with DevOps methodologies, CI/CD tools, and agile software development processes.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
