Job Description As a Senior Java Spring Boot Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide innovative solutions that meet client needs and business objectives. Key Responsibilities - Maintain and enhance existing applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate, troubleshooting bugs and resolving ad-hoc requests to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction. - Provide client support by delivering timely updates, presenting data, and managing ticket resolutions while monitoring client requirements and adhering to established schedules for on-time delivery. - Create and update documentation related to enhancements, ensuring compliance with CMMI standards and client requirements. - Offer technical mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering skill development and adherence to best practices in Spring Boot development. - Collaborate with customers and internal teams to gather detailed requirements for development, translating business needs into technical specifications. Qualification Required - Strong understanding of Spring Boot, Java, and Hibernate technologies. - Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Experience in troubleshooting, debugging, and enhancing existing codebases. - Good knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps practices. - Basic understanding of database technologies and SQL.
