Java & Angular Developer

As a Full-Stack Developer at our company, you will be responsible for designing and developing robust, scalable applications using Java (Spring Boot) and Angular. Your main focus will be ensuring high code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and adherence to best practices. Additionally, you will drive architectural decisions, system design, and integration strategies. You will also oversee the CI/CD pipeline, manage deployments, and contribute to DevOps improvements. Your key responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning. You will assign and track tasks, ensuring timely and quality delivery in agile sprints. Furthermore, you will conduct performance reviews and support team members" growth and skill development.
