Job Description

Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems (2012, 2016, 2019).
In-depth knowledge of desktop hardware and operating systems (Windows 10 and 11).
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
Knowledge of security best practices, including patch management and anti-virus management.
Good troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve desktop and server issues.
Flexibility to work night shifts as required.

Communication:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.

Additional Skills:

Experience in virtualization technologies such as Hyper-V and VMware.
Certifications in AWS or Azure will be an added advantage.

Qualifications / Experience:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Windows Server administration.
